Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

No. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

What if I receive a defective piece?

We're sorry if this happens and we will make it right. To raise a defect claim, you must have an unboxing video — shot at the time of opening your package, without interruption, clearly showing the sealed packaging before it is opened. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Report the defect within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your video and photographs attached.

Will my piece tarnish?

Demi fine jewellery can tarnish over time with regular wear — this is the honest behaviour of real materials and is not a defect. With the right care it is minimal and slow. A gentle wipe with a soft cloth regularly will keep your piece looking its best.

How to protect your story?

Wear it. Just wear it wisely.
A Marks of Charm piece is made to live on your skin — not sit in a box waiting for the right occasion. But like every thing worth keeping, it asks for a little care in return.
Here's how to make sure your piece stays as beautiful as the moment you chose it.

The golden rule
Last on, first off.
Put your jewellery on after your perfume, moisturiser, and makeup have settled. Take it off before you wash your hands, shower, or sleep. This one habit alone will extend the life of your piece significantly.

Keep it away from
— Water. Showers, swimming pools, the sea. Even washing your hands repeatedly with your piece on will wear the finish over time.
— Perfume and lotions applied directly onto the piece. Chemicals in fragrance and skincare are the fastest way to dull a finish.
— Extreme heat. Direct sunlight for long periods, hairdryers, saunas.
— Other jewellery. Store pieces separately so they don't scratch against each other.

Cleaning your piece
When your piece needs a gentle refresh — use a soft, dry cloth to wipe it down. That's it. No jewellery dips, no ultrasonic cleaners, no harsh chemicals. Simple and gentle always wins with demi fine.

Storing it right
Keep your piece in the pouch or box it arrived in. A cool, dry place away from direct light is ideal. If you're storing multiple pieces, keep them separated — metal on metal causes scratches that can't be undone.

About tarnishing
Demi fine jewellery, by nature, can tarnish over time — especially with regular wear. This is not a defect. It is the honest behaviour of real materials living a real life. With the right care, tarnishing is minimal and slow.
If your piece does tarnish, a gentle wipe with a soft cloth will often restore its shine. Avoid any abrasive materials.

A note from us
Every Marks of Charm piece carries a story. The care you give it is part of that story continuing — the patina of a life well lived, a piece well worn.
We made it to last. Help it do that.
