About Us
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
What if I receive a defective piece?
We're sorry if this happens and we will make it right. To raise a defect claim, you must have an unboxing video — shot at the time of opening your package, without interruption, clearly showing the sealed packaging before it is opened. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Report the defect within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your video and photographs attached.
Will my piece tarnish?
Demi fine jewellery can tarnish over time with regular wear — this is the honest behaviour of real materials and is not a defect. With the right care it is minimal and slow. A gentle wipe with a soft cloth regularly will keep your piece looking its best.

I've always made things.
Not because I studied it first or had someone's permission. Because making is just how I think. Jewellery design found me the way most true things do — not all at once, but slowly, until one day it was simply what I was.
My name is Kashish Khemani. I'm a jewellery designer based in India, and Marks of Charm is the most personal thing I've ever built.
It started at home. Quiet, private, mine. No grand launch. No investor deck. Just a deep need to make pieces that meant something — that held a story inside them the way a person holds a feeling they can't quite name but can't put down either.
I named it Marks of Charm because I believe the stories that change us don't disappear. They stay. They live in the way you carry yourself, in what you reach for in the morning, in the small things you choose to keep close.
That's what I design for.
Every piece at Marks of Charm is made in limited numbers. Not as a strategy — as a conviction. I don't want to make jewellery that is everywhere. I want to make jewellery that is yours. Truly, specifically, only-a-few-people-in-the-world-own-this yours.
Luxury, to me, isn't a price point. It's the feeling of holding something that was made with full attention — where nothing was rushed, nothing was compromised, and someone cared deeply about every detail before it ever reached you.
That someone is me.
When a piece sells out, it's gone. I don't restock to meet demand. I design the next thing. Because this was never about volume. It was always about meaning.
If a Marks of Charm piece finds its way to you — keep it. It was made to last, and it was never meant for everyone.
